Blue Bunny Banana Boat

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

- 6 medium ripe bananas

- 1 carton of Blue Bunny Premium Vanilla Ice Cream

- 1 carton of Blue Bunny Premium Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream

- 1 carton of Blue Bunny Premium Double Strawberry Ice Cream

- 1 jar caramel ice cream topping

- 1 jar chocolate ice cream topping

- 1 jar strawberry ice cream topping

- Whipped cream

- Chopped peanuts

- Maraschino cherries

Preparation

1. Place one scoop of each flavor (vanilla, chocolate and strawberry) in banana boat dish.

2. Split banana lengthwise with peel on. Remove peel.

3. Place half of banana on each side of the dish, flat side facing ice cream.

4. Spoon caramel topping on chocolate ice cream scoop.

5. Spoon chocolate topping on vanilla ice cream scoop.

6. Spoon strawberry topping on strawberry ice cream scoop.

7. Garnish with whipped cream, chopped peanuts and maraschino cherries.
